<Important rules to observe>
１　The use of electronic journals is generally limited to KPUM staff and students who make searches from computer terminals available in the KPUM premises.

２　Electronic journal data may be downloaded and printed out, only when individuals use them for the purpose of investigation and research. However a large amount of downloads and printouts are not allowed.

３　"A large amount of downloads" means to print out a whole or more than a half portion of an electronic journal issue.

４　Systematic or automatic downloads using robot programs etc. are strictly prohibited. Publishers are always watching to reject access from the terminal operated by a robot program. If an appropriate measure is not taken immediately, the whole access from KPUM can be stopped.
（Cases were reported where university-wide accesses were stopped in other universities)

５　It is absolutely prohibited for anyone to send copies, or transmit, or sell the downloads or the printouts to a person or a large number of recipients.

６．It is strictly prohibited as an infringement of a copyright or an intellectual property right for anyone to convert the downloaded articles to another format or to another medium without obtaining consent from copyright owners.
